Gulf Coast Dental Hygiene Association is the local component for Lee County and the surrounding areas in Southwest Florida. The Association serves licensed dental hygienists and dental hygiene students to provide networking, continuing education, information and opportunities to promote and preserve their profession.

  • RDH"s will be allowed to give local anesthetic in FLORIDA!
    Our Local Anesthesia Bill with amended Dental Hygiene Examination language passed today in both the House and Senate. It is now on its way to the Governor's office for his signature!!! We had a few bumps along the way but thanks to a lot of hard work and persistence of our Governmental Affairs team - we DID it!!
